2026 is the year of price increases on almost everything in the world we want to buy. From groceries to gas and the electronics that accompany our every move, none of it is cheaper than it was a year or two ago. Because we can’t live without most of this stuff, it’s probably in everyone’s best interest to try and find ways to save.

Samsung is now offering the Galaxy S26 series under its Certified Re-Newed program, which could get you their best non-foldable phones at a discount over brand new versions.

Certified Re-Newed are basically refurbished devices that Samsung engineers assemble, so these are as official as it gets for this type of product. Samsung says they put 100% genuine parts and brand-new batteries in all of them too.

If you buy a Galaxy S26 series devices through Certified Re-Newed, you’ll save at least $200 on the Galaxy S26 Ultra, $170 on the S26+, and $140 on the smallest Galaxy S26. While not massive savings, they are savings and we’ll take ’em.

Keep in mind that you can also use your current phone as a trade-in to get these even cheaper. I’m seeing trade-in values as high as $540 at the moment.
