This 1962 Lotus Seven was originally configured as an “America” model and was later fitted with a 1,275cc inline-four under original ownership. It was then purchased by its second owner in 1991 and partially converted for track events. The seller acquired the car in 1992, completed the race modifications to RMVR specifications, and subsequently campaigned it in various vintage racing events. It is a right-hand-drive example finished in black and gray over black vinyl and powered by a 1.3-liter inline-four linked with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a roll bar, a fiberglass nosecone, clamshell fenders, a Mocal oil cooler, Panasport alloy wheels, front disc brakes, racing harnesses, and a Mountney steering wheel. A 24′ Pace American enclosed trailer is included in the sale along with spare parts, service records, and logbooks. This Seven race car is now offered in Evergreen, Colorado, with a bill of sale, and the trailer is offered with a Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The bodywork is finished in black and gray, and the fiberglass nosecone and clamshell fenders were replaced with Caterham components following track damage under current ownership. Exterior equipment includes a roll bar and side-exit exhaust pipes. The seller notes the removed front fenders are included in the sale.

Panasport alloy wheels are mounted with 185/60 Toyo Proxes R888R tires. Stopping power is provided by front discs and rear drums. The brakes were rebuilt in 1997, a suspension rebuild was performed in 2010, and a Lotus Elan steering rack was installed in 2022. A spare set of steel wheels with tires is included in the sale.

The right-hand-drive cockpit features two seats upholstered in black vinyl. Interior appointments include Bell and Simpson racing harnesses, a fire extinguisher, and a Mountney steering wheel.

Smiths instrumentation consists of a tachometer and gauges for coolant temperature and oil pressure, while a non-functional 100-mph speedometer remains installed. The five-digit odometer shows 16k miles. Total mileage is unknown.

The BMC A-Series inline-four routes power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. The engine was rebuilt in 2010 and 2014, and displacement was increased to 1,380cc. Equipment includes a Weber DCOE carburetor, a Mocal oil cooler, NGK spark plugs, and an MSD ignition coil. A bladder fuel cell was installed under previous ownership. The sale includes a 1993 Pace American 24′ enclosed trailer with an awning.
