This 1972 Ford F-250 Sport Custom Camper Special pickup was purchased new from Ted Lloyd & Sons of Manistee, Michigan, in June 1972. The seller’s neighbor stored the truck for more than 40 years before the seller bought the truck in September 2025 and pulled it out of its long-term storage space in a pole barn. The 360ci V8 subsequently received a tune-up, the three-speed automatic transmission was rebuilt, the differential was resealed, the drum brakes were overhauled, and the radiator, heater core, valve-cover gaskets, battery, and tires were replaced. Finished in Candyapple Red over black and red upholstery, the truck features wheel covers, power steering, a diamond-plate rear bumper, a tonneau cover, a sliding rear window, and an AM radio. This bumpside F-250 is now offered with a Deluxe Marti report, manufacturer’s literature, recent service records, and a clean Michigan title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in Candyapple Red (T) and has a Styleside bed over a 131″ wheelbase. Features include a chrome front bumper, towing mirrors, bright side moldings and trim, a sliding rear window, bed-side tie-downs, and a diamond-plate rear step bumper. A black tonneau cover has been installed under current ownership. The seller notes dents in the trim at the front of the truck and at the right rear, as pictured in the gallery below.

Steel 16″ wheels with styled covers are mounted with 235/85 Goodyear Wrangler Workhorse HT tires that were installed in late 2025. The power-assisted drum braking system was overhauled under current ownership, and two wheel bearings were replaced. The truck is equipped with power steering.

The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in black vinyl with red inserts. Appointments include color-keyed door-panel trim, body-color dashboard accents, a Philco AM radio, a cabin heater, lap belts, a dome light, sun visors, and black rubber floor mats. The passenger window is difficult to roll down, per the seller.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a sweeping 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 52k miles, approximately 200 of which were added under current ownership.

The 360ci V8 was factory rated at 215 horsepower and 327 lb-ft of torque. Since October 2025, a tune-up was performed and the radiator, coolant hoses, heater core, valve-cover gaskets, battery, and fuel sender were replaced. The rear fuel tank shows on the gauge that it has gasoline, but the seller has not been able to drain anything from it; only the front fuel tank has been used under current ownership.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a Cruise-O-Matic three-speed automatic transmission, which was rebuilt in May 2026. The differential has been resealed under current ownership.
