This 1959 Cushman Highlander was refurbished under prior ownership and acquired by the current owner in 2026. Finished in red, the scooter is powered by a Husky four-stroke single paired with a centrifugal clutch and a drive chain. Equipment includes a solo seat, a kick starter, a leading-link fork, a headlight, a taillight, a horn, a rear drum brake actuated by a foot pedal, and a side stand. Work in preparation for sale included a tune-up, replacing the wide whitewall tires and the spark plug, and changing the engine oil. This Highlander is offered at no reserve in Texas with a Bonded Texas title in the seller’s name.

Antique Automobile Club winner tags are affixed below the headlight and dated 1993 and 1994.

The two-piece steel wheels are finished in silver and were mounted with wide whitewall Coker Classic tires under current ownership. The leading-link fork comprises the bike’s only suspension. Braking is from a rear drum, which is actuated by a foot pedal. The seller states the brake was checked in preparation for sale.

The handlebar is finished in red with ivory-colored grips and a twist-grip throttle. A stop button is found on the engine shroud. There is no odometer equipped, and total mileage is unknown.

The air-cooled Husky four-stroke single features a partially shrouded cylinder head, a flywheel fan, a kick starter, anthracite-finished details, and an exhaust system that exits under the footboard. Work carried out in preparation for sale reportedly included performing a tune-up on the engine, replacing a spark plug, and changing the oil. The seller tells us that the engine needs starter fluid to start when cold.
