This 1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic was acquired by the seller from its original owner in 2026, and it now has 48k miles. Finished in Gunmetal Pearl Coat, the truck is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six linked to a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. It rides on 15″ five-spoke Ecco wheels and is further equipped with a roof rack, front disc brakes, and power-adjustable side mirrors. Inside, the seats are trimmed in Agate cloth and complemented by an aftermarket head unit, air conditioning, and cruise control. This XJ Cherokee is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, the removed factory CD stereo, a Carfax report, and Connecticut registration in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in Gunmetal Pearl Coat with a body-color grille, bumper covers, and wheel arch flares. Additional equipment includes a rear wiper, a roof rack, and power-adjustable side mirrors. The rear hatch support struts and various light bulbs have been replaced. A damage entry is noted on the Carfax report in June 2018, indicating “damage to front,” and the seller notes that the front bumper cover was damaged at a gas station and may need to be replaced.

The 15″ five-spoke Ecco wheels were wrapped in 225/75 Ironman RB-12 tires under current ownership, and the seller tells us the shocks have also been replaced. The truck came equipped from the factory with power steering, and braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.

The cabin features reclining front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in Agate cloth. Appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, an overhead console, and an aftermarket head unit. The right-front power window motor is noted to have been replaced, and a sagging headliner is said to have been temporarily secured by the seller.

The steering wheel is mounted on an adjustable column and frames a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates 48k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added under current ownership.

The PowerTech 4.0-liter inline-six was factory rated at 190 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed, and the battery was replaced under current ownership.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck features a Command-Trac four-wheel-drive system, and the exhaust was replaced under previous ownership.
The Carfax report shows at least one open recall as well as the aforementioned damage.
The vehicle is being sold on its Connecticut registration, which serves as the ownership document in Connecticut and lists “Antique” under the Registered Usage section.
