27-Years-Owned 1967 Ford Fairlane Ranchero 500XL at No Reserve

This 1967 Ford Fairlane Ranchero 500XL was initially ordered as part of the Ford loan-out program and was delivered new to Frontier Ford in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It spent time in California before it was acquired by the seller in 1999 and relocated to Colorado. The truck was specified in Burnt Amber and equipped with a 390ci V8 that is linked to a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. Other details include power steering, power brakes, and 14″ steel wheels with covers. The cabin is outfitted with a push-button AM radio and bucket seats trimmed in beige with brown inserts. This Fairlane 500XL is now offered with the removed air cleaner, a Deluxe Marti report, and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

Finished from the factory in Burnt Amber, the vehicle is equipped with bright trim, bumpers, and badging. Areas of rust on the lower corners of the doors are noted.

Steel 14″ wheels have covers and are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown redline tires. The car is equipped with power steering and power-assisted brakes with discs up front and drums out back.

The bucket seats are upholstered in beige vinyl with brown cloth inserts. Appointments include a center console, a push-button AM radio, front vent windows, and wind-up side windows. The left window regulator was replaced in 2026. The air conditioning does not work, and interior wear is shown in the gallery below.

The steering wheel has a horn ring and sits ahead of a horizontal-sweep 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 90k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.

The 390ci V8 was fitted with a rebuilt Holley four-barrel carburetor in 2019. A Cobra-branded air cleaner assembly is fitted.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The dual exhaust system is equipped with glasspack-style mufflers and exits ahead of the rear wheels.
