This 1926 Ford Model T was refurbished in the 2000s, a project that began in 2003 and saw the body removed from the frame. It was repainted black and is equipped with a refinished wood pickup bed. Power is provided by a 177ci L-head inline-four mated to a two-speed manual transmission, and it is further equipped with pleated black vinyl upholstery, red-painted 21″ wood-spoke wheels with demountable rims, and a driver-side mirror. This Model T is now offered by the seller, a BaT Local Partner, on behalf of the current owner at no reserve with service records and a New Jersey title in the owner’s name.

This pickup was disassembled and painted black in the 2000s and features a tilt-out windshield, a driver-side mirror, replacement steel front fenders, a replacement windshield frame, and a wood cargo bed.

Red-painted 21″ wood-spoke wheels have demountable rims and are mounted with Firestone tires. A spare is mounted under the cargo bed. Suspension consists of transverse leaf springs on each axle, and stopping is provided by a band acting on a drum in the transmission.

The cabin features a bench seat trimmed in pleated black vinyl. The floorboards were replaced during the refurbishment and are covered a black Ford-branded mat. The truck also has a wood-slat headliner.

The four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of column-mounted control levers for the throttle and spark advance. Pedals for the forward gears, reverse, and brake are mounted on the floor, and the lone gauge is an ammeter in the center of the painted steel dashboard. No odometer is present, and mileage is unknown.

The 177ci L-head inline-four was replaced by WW Motor Cars & Parts in the 2000s. In preparation for the sale, the following items were replaced:
- Water pump
- Spark plugs and plug wires
- Radiator hoses
- Belt
- Coil

The car is titled by its engine number, 14446767, which corresponds to a unit produced in October 1926.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a two-speed manual transmission. The muffler will require replacement.

Photos of the truck during the refurbishment process are provided in the gallery.
