This 2006 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG was purchased new by the current owner, who specified the car with the Lighting, Entertainment, Premium, and AMG Performance Packages. Powered by a 5.4-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in Iridium Silver over black leather. Features include a retractable hardtop, bi-xenon headlights, 18″ AMG split-spoke wheels, heated power-adjustable seats, an Airscarf neck-warming system, a Harman Kardon sound system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This R171 SLK is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with the owner’s manual, a window sticker, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.

The SLK55 AMG features deeper valances when compared to the standard R171, in addition to rocker extensions, a rear spoiler, and four polished stainless-steel exhaust outlets. This example is finished in Iridium Silver (775) and is equipped with a color-matched folding hardtop as well as fog lights, heated power-adjustable side mirrors, xenon headlights, dual roll hoops, and a heated rear window. An April 2025 entry on the Carfax report lists “minor damage” to the front and left front of the car.

The 18″ AMG split-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. The car is equipped with an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as well as a sport suspension with AMG-calibrated springs and shocks. Braking is handled by AMG-branded six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers. The brake fluid was changed in 2026.

The cabin features heated power-adjustable seats trimmed in black Nappa leather with Alcantara. Interior amenities include an Airscarf neck-warming system, a Harman Kardon sound system, aluminum pedals, carbon-fiber dashboard trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, and COMAND infotainment with navigation.

The leather-trimmed steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and an AMG-branded tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline alongside an analog clock and a fuel-level gauge. The digital odometer indicates 131k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.4-liter AMG-built SOHC 24-valve V8 was factory rated at 355 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. The P30 Performance Package increased top speed to 176 mph. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission, the fluid for which was changed in 2026.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento, California, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total retail price of $76,515.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned April 2025 damage.
