TL;DR
- Samsung is rolling out newer One UI 9 Watch beta builds for Galaxy Watch 8, Watch 7, and Watch Ultra.
- The update brings October’s security patch along with some bug fixes.
- There’s no information about a stable release yet.
After releasing stable One UI 9 for the Galaxy S26 series around the end of September, Samsung is now rapidly progressing and making it available to the oldest eligible flagship models. Over the last couple of weeks, the Galaxy S25, S24, S23, and older foldables have received the stable update. So Samsung’s next priority, naturally, is to bring older Galaxy Watch models up to speed with the latest smartwatches it released this July.
For this, Samsung has been running betas for One UI 9 Watch across various Galaxy Watch models. While the stable release is still far off, Samsung is pushing out newer betas to existing testers.
