2011 BMW M3 Sedan Competition Package 6-Speed

This 2011 BMW M3 sedan is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in Alpine White over black Novillo leather. It is equipped with the Competition, Convenience, and Premium 2 packages along with an iND Distribution carbon-fiber roof and a BMW Performance steering wheel. Additional features include 18″ Apex wheels, iDrive with navigation, keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, and carbon-fiber interior trim. The car was sold on BaT in October 2024 and again in November 2025 before being acquired by the seller. Subsequent work consisted of replacing the wheels, subframe assembly, oil separators, throttle actuators, ignition components, and more as detailed below. This E90 M3 has 53k miles and is offered with a window sticker, an owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

Finished in Alpine White (300), the car has been modified with a BMW Performance carbon-fiber rear spoiler and front splitters along with gloss-black kidney grilles and tinted windows. An iND Distribution carbon-fiber roof has been installed along with iND hood vents and body-color side markers. The seller notes that factory-specification headlights have been reinstalled. Paint meter readings are presented in the gallery below.

Installed under current ownership, the 18″ Apex VS-5RS wheels are mounted with Yokohama Advan Apex tires. KW V3 Clubsport coilovers and adjustable camber plates have been fitted. Competition Package equipment includes a lowered ride height compared to the standard M3 as well as retuned Electronic Damping Control (EDC) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). Braking is handled by four-wheel vented and cross-drilled discs measuring 14.2″ and 13.8″ front and rear, respectively. The power steering fluid and brake fluid were flushed in late 2025.

The power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Black Novillo leather. Carbon-fiber trim accents the interior, and amenities include iDrive with navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, BMW Assist, a CD stereo, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control. The seller states Apple CarPlay with a touch screen has been added along with a dash camera.

A flat-bottom BMW Performance steering wheel with a centering stripe frames an M-branded tachometer, a 200-mph speedometer, a central information display, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 53k miles, approximately 800 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.0-liter S65 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was factory rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that a previous aftermarket engine tune has been removed. Work since 2025 has consisted of replacing the motor mounts, valve cover gaskets, oil separators, spark plug tube seals, spark plugs, ignition coils, and throttle actuators as well as changing the oil.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The rear subframe assembly was replaced in December 2025, which involved transferring the driveline components to the new subframe and installing polyurethane bushings. The transmission and differential fluids were changed, the driveshaft support bearing was replaced, and new underside plastic liners were installed.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Peake BMW of Kenner, Louisiana, along with factory equipment, colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $68,700.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
