1983 Mercedes-Benz 300D Turbo at No Reserve

This 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300D Turbo is said to have remained registered with the original owner in California until the selling dealer’s purchase in 2026. The car is powered by a 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-five paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Silver Blue Metallic over blue leather. Features include a sunroof, 14″ Bundt alloy wheels, a cassette stereo, cruise control, wood trim, and air conditioning. This W123 300D Turbo shows 129k miles and is now offered by the selling dealer at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

The car is finished in Silver Blue Metallic and features a sunroof, fog lights, dual side mirrors, pinstripes, and bright trim. A ding is visible on the left fender, and dings and scratches are noted throughout the exterior. The power antenna is inoperable.

Silver-finished 14″ Bundt alloy wheels are mounted with 195/70 Michelin X Radial tires. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at each corner.

The cabin features front bucket seats and rear bench upholstered in blue leather. Interior amenities include power windows, a cassette stereo, cruise control, and air conditioning. The air conditioning was recharged with R134a refrigerant in August 2026. Cracks are present in the dashboard, and the rear seat has areas of discoloration.

Instrumentation consists of a 125-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer as well as an analog clock and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 129k miles.

The 3.0-liter turbodiesel inline-five was factory rated at 123 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Service in August 2026 included an oil change and replacement of the fuel return lines and left engine mount.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. The transmission fluid and filter were changed in August 2026.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
