2003 Honda S2000

This 2003 Honda S2000 was specified in Suzuka Blue Metallic over blue leather, and it has been registered in Louisiana from new. The car was purchased by the seller in June 2023, and 2k of the 66k miles have been added since that time. Power is from a 2.0-liter VTEC inline-four that is equipped with a K&N air-intake system and a Billman timing chain tensioner and is linked to a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional features include a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, and a JVC CD stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. This AP1 S2000 is now offered at no reserve with a clean Carfax report and a clean Louisiana title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Suzuka Blue Metallic (B-513M), and exterior features include xenon headlights, a black windshield surround, roll hoops, a glass rear window, and dual exhaust outlets. The headlights and bumper covers have been replaced, and tape has been applied to holes in the soft top. A paint correction needs to be performed, per the seller. The passenger-side headlight lens is cloudy.

The 16″ five-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza RE-71 RS tires. The car features double-wishbone suspension and four-wheel disc brakes. The brake cylinders were replaced under current ownership.

The cabin features seats upholstered in blue leather with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include push-button ignition, air conditioning, cruise control, and a JVC CD stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. A tear is evident on the driver’s seat, and the shift-knob leather wrap is worn. The seller notes that the cabin’s leather surfaces need to be conditioned.

The three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a digital speedometer and a bar-style tachometer with an 8,900-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 66k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The 2.0-liter VTEC F20C inline-four was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 153 lb-ft of torque. A K&N air-intake system and a Billman timing chain tensioner have been added. The battery and air conditioning compressor are newer items, and the seller notes that the spark plugs were replaced approximately 1k miles ago.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The gearbox and differential fluids were changed at 64k miles.

The Carfax report is free from accidents or other reported damage.

A September 2005 entry in the report states that “this vehicle was registered in a county declared a flood disaster area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.”
