This 2008 Cadillac XLR is one of a limited number of Platinum Edition examples produced for the model year. It was first delivered to Autoway Cadillac in Port Richey, Florida, and it has 39k miles following its acquisition by the seller on BaT in May 2024. Finished in Crystal Red Tintcoat over Cashmere leather, the car is powered by a 4.6-liter Northstar V8 paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a power-retractable hardtop, 18″ multi-spoke wheels, Magnetic Ride Control, Driver Shift Control, xenon headlights, rear parking sensors, heated and cooled seats, a head-up display, a Bose sound system, adaptive cruise control, and navigation. This special edition XLR is now offered with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and an Oklahoma title.

The car is finished in Crystal Red Tintcoat and features adaptive xenon headlights with washers as well as fog lights, rear parking sensors, LED taillights, and quad polished exhaust finishers. The hardtop hydraulic cylinders were repaired and the lifter module was replaced under prior ownership.

The 18″ multi-spoke wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Driveguard tires, which show date codes from 2017. The four-wheel independent suspension features Magnetic Ride Control, and the car is also equipped with speed-sensitive power steering along with traction and stability control systems.

The cabin features heated and cooled power-adjustable seats upholstered in Cashmere leather along with a color-coordinated center console, door panels, and carpets. Wood veneers accent the center console, shift knob, and door pulls, while amenities include driver-seat position memory, a head-up display, a Bose sound system, a six-disc CD changer, navigation, keyless access, push-button start, adaptive cruise control, and dual-zone automatic climate control.

The leather- and wood-rimmed steering wheel frames Bulgari-branded instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 39k miles, approximately 275 of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.6-liter Northstar V8 features variable valve timing and was factory rated at 320 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was most recently performed in July 2026.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission with Driver Shift Control.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to Autoway Cadillac in Port Richey, Florida, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total vehicle price of $86,490.

The Carfax report is free of accident or damage entries.

The Oklahoma title carries an “Exempt” odometer notation.
