This 1993 Cadillac Allanté was purchased by the curent onwer in July 2001, and it is powered by a 4.6-liter Northstar V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transaxle. Finished in Euro Red over Natural Beige leather, the car is equipped with a black convertible soft top, 16″ cast-aluminum wheels, power-adjustable seats, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, a Delco Symphony Sound audio system, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This Allanté is offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of their father, with a clean Carfax report and an Illinois title in the owner’s name.

The Pininfarina-designed body for each Allanté was manufactured in Italy and subsequently sent to GM’s Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Center in Michigan, where it was mounted onto a Cadillac chassis. This example is finished in Euro Red and features a black convertible top with quarter windows and a heated rear glass window. Additional exterior equipment includes headlight washers, fog lights, power-adjustable side mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets. The 16″ cast-aluminum wheels are mounted with Firestone Firehawk tires. The car is equipped with four-wheel MacPherson strut independent suspension, traction control, power rack-and-pinion steering, and Speed-Dependent Damping with Variable-Assist Steering. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs with ABS.

The cabin features power-adjustable seats trimmed in Natural Beige leather along with a color-coordinated center console, door panel inserts, and carpets. Interior appointments include driver-seat position memory settings, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, a CD player, a Delco Symphony Sound audio system, cruise control, an onboard computer, automatic climate control, and power windows. The air conditioning does not blow cold, the power antenna does not work, and wear and leather discoloration are noted.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts analog instrumentation that includes a 150-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,600-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 111k miles, approximately 14k of which were added under current ownership.

The transverse-mounted 4.6-liter Northstar V8 was introduced for the 1993 model year and was factory rated at 295 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque. The seller states that the car is due for service.

Power is delivered to the front wheels through a 4T80-E four-speed automatic transaxle.
