This illuminated single-sided Agip Motor Oils sign was acquired by the selling dealer in Europe in 2024 and subsequently imported into the US. The piece features a translucent panel in yellow, red, black, and white housed within a metal frame. Design elements include the Agip logotype, an arrow, and the company’s six-legged dog logo. The sign uses retrofitted 120-volt LED illumination installed by the selling dealer and measures approximately 38.125″ square with pre-drilled mounting holes. This illuminated Agip Motor Oils sign is offered at no reserve in Salem, Oregon.

Agip S.p.A. was an Italian petroleum enterprise established by the Italian government in 1926, and the six-legged fire-breathing dog logo first appeared circa 1952.

The square sign features a translucent panel in yellow, red, white, and black, with an arrow pointing to the right side of the piece. The frame is made of metal, and the dimensions for the sign are approximately 38.125” square by 7.5” deep. The selling dealer notes wear consistent with use noted in the gallery.

The 120-volt LED fixtures were retrofitted by the selling dealer, and the replacement power cord has an inline switch and a US-style two-prong wall plug.

The back of the sign is finished in white with two predrilled holes. The sign can also be displayed freestanding.
