This 1987 BMW 325i convertible was purchased new by the current owner from Leith BMW in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is equipped with a removable hardtop, a limited-slip differential, and front sport seats. Finished in Royal Blue Metallic over Pearl Beige leather, the car is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-six that received a valve adjustment and a replacement timing belt and water pump in preparation for the sale. Features include 14″ bottle cap alloy wheels, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, quad headlights, fog lights, a cassette stereo, cruise control, power windows and locks, an onboard computer, and air conditioning. The silver-finished 14″ bottle cap alloy wheels are fitted with Dunlop tires that were mounted in 2026. Stopping is accomplished via ventilated front and solid rear anti-lock disc brakes.

The cabin features front sport seats and a rear bench upholstered in Pearl Beige leather along with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include a cassette stereo, cruise control, power windows and locks, an onboard computer, and air conditioning. There is seam separation in the rear seats, wear on the driver’s seat, and stains in the trunk carpeting. The hardtop headliner has been replaced.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 79k miles, all of which were added under current ownership. The odometer gears were replaced in 2017.

The 2.5-liter M20B25 inline-six features fuel injection and was factory rated at 168 horsepower and 164 lb-ft of torque. The fuel injectors were resealed, and the fan clutch was replaced in 2019, while work completed in 2026 included adjusting the valves and replacing the following components:
