This 1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT roadster was specified with Chiaro Blue Metallic paintwork and Snowcorn leather upholstery, and its 5.7-liter V12 has been fitted with an aftermarket exhaust system and is mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system with front and rear limited-slip differentials. Riding on 18″ multi-piece alloy wheels, the car indicates 13k miles and is further equipped with an adjustable suspension, a removable hardtop, a rear wing, fixed headlights, scissor doors, fixed-back bucket seats, a front trunk-mounted amplifier, Alpine speakers, Brembo brakes, an Alpine stereo, and automatic climate control. This Diablo VT Roadster was purchased by the current owner in 2020 and is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner in North Carolina with the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a Montana title.

The Marcello Gandini-designed Diablo underwent a mid-cycle refresh for 1999 and received fixed composite headlights sourced from the contemporary Z32 Nissan 300ZX. This example is finished in Chiaro Blue Metallic and has a removable hardtop that stores above the engine compartment, in addition to scissor doors, quad exhaust outlets, and fog lights. Imperfections are highlighted in the gallery, and the front end has been covered with paint protection film.

The 18″ multi-piece alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli tires. The car was optioned with an adjustable suspension, and stopping power is provided by multi-piston Brembo calipers over cross-drilled rotors.

The cockpit features fixed-back bucket seats trimmed in Snowcorn leather upholstery along with a two-tone dashboard. Appointments include dual airbags, Alpine speakers, automatic climate control, a front trunk-mounted amplifier, and an Alpine stereo.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel is paired with a dogleg-pattern gated shifter and frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 13k miles, approximately 2,400 of which were added under current ownership. The tachometer assembly was replaced in July 2020.

The 5.7-liter V12 was factory rated at 522 horsepower and 466 lb-ft of torque. According to the seller, an engine-out service was performed approximately 300 miles ago, at which time the clutch was replaced and a replacement cylinder head gasket was fitted.

Power is routed to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission, front and rear limited-slip differentials, and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system. An aftermarket exhaust system has been fitted.
