This 1996 Mazda MX-5 Miata remained registered in Texas and in the care of the seller’s late father until April 2013, at which time it was inherited by the seller and was relocated to Washington. A major service was performed in August 2026, which involved fluid changes and replacement of the timing belt, water pump, clutch release cylinder, and additional components as detailed below. It is finished in Chaste White with a tan convertible soft top with a glass window over a tan leather interior, and is powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Equipment includes the Leather Package, 14″ alloy wheels, pop-up headlights, a Sony CD stereo, air conditioning, and cruise control. This NA Miata shows 76k miles and is now offered with a photocopy of the window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Chaste White and features a replacement tan convertible soft top with a glass rear window, pop-up headlights, chrome door handles, painted mirror caps, a power antenna, and single exhaust outlet. The gold-plated badging and wheel lug nuts were dealer-installed, per the seller. The rear bumper cover was repainted in April 2025 by Fusion Auto Paint of Pasco, Washington.

The 14″ alloy wheels were mounted with General Altimax RT45 tires in June 2025. Some blemishes on the wheels are depicted in the gallery. The car is equipped with an independent double wishbone suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, and four-wheel disc brakes. The brake fluid was flushed in preparation for the sale.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in tan leather along with color-coordinated door panels as well as a black upper dashboard and center console. Interior amenities include a Sony CDX-GT260MP CD stereo, headrest speakers, air conditioning, cruise control, and power mirrors and windows. The lower seat cushions and door speakers have been replaced, the tweeter speaker covers are missing, and touch-up paintwork is noted on an armrest. An XM satellite radio included in the sale is shown in the glovebox, and an interior cockpit cover also accompanying the car is depicted in the gallery below.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The seller tells us that the airbag alert has been illuminated for about 20 years. The six-digit odometer shows 76k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership.

The 1.8-liter DOHC inline-four was factory rated at 133 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. A major service in August 2026 included replacement of the timing belt, tensioner and idler bearings, water pump, alternator belt, power steering belt, fuel filter, air filter, front crankshaft seal, camshaft seals, spark plugs, heater hoses, and the upper and lower radiator hoses. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. The clutch release cylinder, transmission boot, and shift boot were replaced and the differential and transmission fluids changed as part of the recent major service.

A photocopy of the window sticker lists factory colors, options, and a total vehicle price of $23,740.
