This 1978 Ford F-250 Camper Special 4×4 pickup was fitted with a 460ci V8 and an aftermarket flatbed under previous ownership. The truck was purchased by the seller in 2026, and work in preparation for the sale included reupholstering the seat in black vinyl and replacing the carpeting, headliner, carburetor, distributor, spark plugs, ignition coil, and ignition wires. Additional equipment includes a three-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, a limited-slip rear differential, a receiver hitch, and manually locking front hubs. This F-250 is offered at no reserve with a Deluxe Marti report and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

The truck is finished in Tan and Medium Copper and was fitted with an aftermarket flatbed under prior ownership. Equipment includes a receiver hitch, a cab guard, and towing mirrors. The 16″ steel wheels were mounted with Sailun tires in preparation for the sale. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs and power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery charge status, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 29k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.

The 460ci V8 was installed under prior ownership. Work in 2026 is said to have included replacing the carburetor, distributor, spark plugs, ignition wires, and ignition coil as well as changing the oil.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels via a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a rear limited-slip differential.
