This 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 has remained registered in California from new and now has 8k miles. The car is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in Kona Blue Metallic over Charcoal Black cloth. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, reflective body graphics, a rear wing, 19″ 10-spoke alloy wheels, Brembo front brakes, air conditioning, and a CD stereo. This Boss 302 was purchased by the seller in 2026 and is now offered with a Boss 302 ownership kit, a window sticker, the owner’s manual, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Kona Blue Metallic and features a reflective hood stripe, mirror caps, rear wing, and “hockey stick” side decals with Boss 302 lettering. Equipment includes a Boss 302-specific front fascia, a blacked-out grille with blocked-off fog light openings, a front spoiler, and a quad-exit exhaust system with side and rear outlets.

The 19″ 10-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The Boss 302 features electric power steering, five-way adjustable dampers, unique front and rear coil springs, and a revised rear sway bar and bushings when compared with the GT. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with Brembo front calipers over ventilated rotors.

The cabin features manually adjustable front bucket seats trimmed in Charcoal Black cloth with “Boss 302” embroidery on the backrests. Additional equipment includes engine-turned dashboard trim, air conditioning, a CD stereo, TracKey, cruise control, and rear seats.

The Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 8k miles.

The 5.0-liter Road Runner V8 features a forged rotating assembly, CNC ported cylinder heads, and revised camshafts for a factory rating of 444 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. A strut tower brace spans the engine bay, and a plaque affixed to the intake manifold denotes this example as #65 built for the model year. The water pump and coolant were replaced in May 2026, and the spark plugs were replaced in July 2026, at which time an oil change was performed.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The transmission fluid was changed in July 2026.

The window sticker notes initial delivery to The Ford Store San Leandro in California and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total MSRP of $40,995.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
