Two-Decades-Family-Owned 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe

This 1965 Ford Mustang was built in the San Jose plant as a T-code coupe, and it was acquired by the seller’s grandfather around two decades ago and has been primarily stored since. The car has been redone with red paintwork, GT-style grille lights, and luxury upholstery, and it has five-dial instrumentation, a console, and knock-off-style wheel covers. Its 200ci inline-six is paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Previously offered on BaT in April 2026, this Mustang is now offered again by the seller and her partner in Canada with the owner’s manual and British Columbia registration.

The car’s red paintwork is complemented by chrome bumpers, and GT-style grille lights and hood pins have been added.

The 14″ steel wheels wear faux knock-off covers and are mounted with 195/65 Toyo Eclipse tires. Braking is handled by front and rear drums.

The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in red pony-motif upholstery. A console separates the front seats, and an AM radio is mounted in the dashboard.

Instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, amperage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows under 99k miles.

The 200ci inline-six was factory rated at 120 horsepower. A chrome valve cover has been added. The seller reports that the spark plugs, plug wires, voltage regulator, ignition coil, and battery are recent replacement items.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a C-4 three-speed automatic transmission

The British Columbia registration acts as proof of ownership. A replica warranty tag has been fitted as shown in the gallery.
