1964 Chevrolet Corvette L84 327/375 Fuelie 4-Speed

This 1964 Chevrolet Corvette is a white over red coupe that is powered by a 327ci L84 Fuelie V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 15″ steel wheels, an AM/FM radio, and concealed headlights. This C2 coupe was purchased by the current owner in 2025 and is now offered on dealer consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT local partner, with a clean Maryland title.

The fiberglass body left the factory finished in Ermine White, and it was refinished in 1986. The car features flip-up headlamps, fender vents, quad tail lamps, and chrome bumperettes.

Silver-finished 15” steel wheels are mounted with Hankook Kinergy ST tires measuring 205/70. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums.

The cabin features two bucket seats that were reupholstered in red leather as well as matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include a heater, an AM/FM radio, an analog clock, and lap belts.

The three-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 29k miles.

The 327ci L84 V8 featured factory fuel-injection, a high-lift camshaft, and a rated output of 375 horsepower when new.

The engine stamping includes sequence 4107929, which matches the last six digits of the vehicle’s serial number. The RF suffix corresponds with a 375-horsepower, 327ci V8 for use with a manual transmission.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.

Decoding the trim tag reveals:

  • Style 837 – 1964 Corvette coupe
  • Body 3301 – St. Louis body number
  • Trim 490AA – Red Vinyl
  • Paint 936 – Ermine White
