This 1964 Triumph TR4 was refurbished under prior ownership and was purchased by the seller on BaT in October 2020. The car is finished in British Racing Green over black upholstery and is powered by a 2.1-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes dual Stromberg carburetors, a TR4A-style intake manifold, PerTronix ignition, and a replacement Robbins convertible top. Work under current ownership included replacing the master brake cylinder, rear brake drums, wheel cylinders, turn signal switch, thermostat, battery, terminals, and spark plugs. Previously offered on BaT in November 2025, this TR4 is offered again at no reserve with the owner’s manual, spare parts, service records, and a Washington title in the seller’s name.

The car has been repainted British Racing Green, and features include a black Robbins vinyl top with a zip-out rear window as well as chrome bumpers with overriders, dual side mirrors, and a flip-up fuel filler cap. The photos provided were taken between June and November 2025, and the seller notes that the car has been in storage since.

The 15″ steel wheels feature chrome hubcaps and are wrapped in Veento G-2 tires, which are said to show date codes from 2016. The master brake cylinder, rear brake drums, wheel cylinders, and hardware were replaced under current ownership.

The seats were reupholstered in black with white piping under prior ownership, and the weatherstripping, carpeting, door panels, and floor pans are also said to have been replaced. A LeMans–style handbrake and an Amco-style wooden shift knob have been added. The radio is not connected.

The banjo-style steering wheel has been re-wrapped in black leather, and it fronts a wood dashboard with Jaeger instrumentation including a 6k-rpm tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and center-mounted auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 81k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added during current ownership. The turn signal switch was replaced by the seller.

The 2.1-liter inline-four has been fitted with a TR6-sourced eight-blade fan and dual Stromberg 175 CD-2 carburetors, a TR4A-style intake manifold, and a PerTronix electronic ignition system. Additional components that were replaced under prior ownership include the wiring harness, ignition switch, fuel lines, starter, water pump, fan belt, and various seals and hoses. Work under current ownership included performing an oil change and replacing the thermostat, battery, terminals, and spark plugs. The seller notes that the fuel system was flushed in September 2026.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission. The clutch cylinders and rear transmission mount were replaced in June 2019. The front of the frame is said to have been reinforced via tack-welding.

A binder of service records is included in the sale.
The Washington title carries an antique brand.
