Modified 1995 Land Rover Defender 110 300Tdi 5-Speed

This 1995 Land Rover Defender 110 is said to have been refurbished in South Africa in 2022 and was purchased by the seller on BaT in February 2023. The truck is powered by a turbodiesel 2.5-liter 300Tdi inline-four linked to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Refinished in gray over black, the vehicle features n pop-top roof conversion, a 270° awning, a Front Runner roof rack, a Front Runner cargo-area drawer system, Terrafirma suspension parts, aftermarket 16″ wheels, a rear-mounted spare, Puma seats, air conditioning, a Sony touchscreen head unit, and a backup camera. This left-hand-drive Defender is now offered with a Wisconsin title.

The body is said to have been removed from the frame before being refinished in gray. The roof section has been converted with a pop-top tent setup, which has alpine-style windows and is complemented by a 270° shadow awning as well as a Front Runner roof rack. Other equipment includes LED lighting, a black front brush guard, step bars, and mud flaps. Lockable outward-opening opaque doors from Front Runner are installed in place of the rear side windows, and they open into empty storage cabinets.

Gray 16″ RVS BLSystem wheels are mounted with 285/75 Cooper Discoverer STT Pro white-letter tires. A spare is mounted to the rear door adjacent to a ladder and above a red farm jack. The springs, shocks, and sway bars have been replaced with Terrafirma components, and the truck utilizes front disc brakes.

The interior features Puma seating consisting of high-back front bucket seats and a split-folding three-passenger rear seat with headrests and black upholstery. Other features include air conditioning, a Britpart center console, Pioneer speakers, a Sony touchscreen head unit, and a backup camera. The air conditioning system was re-charged and the speedometer cable was replaced in September 2025.

A replacement four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a replacement 120-mph speedometer as well as gauges for fuel level and water temperature, a clock, and an array of warning indicators. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 1,100 miles. The chassis is said to have more than 200k kilometers (~124k miles), and true mileage is unknown.

Positioned above the rear seats, a sleeping platform with a mattress pad is accessible with the tent section raised. A Front Runner drawer system has been installed at the floor of the cargo area.

The turbodiesel 2.5-liter 300Tdi inline-four was overhauled under previous ownership. A replacement battery with a remote shutoff switch was installed under current ownership.

Power is delivered to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The clutch lever spring was replaced in September 2025.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.

The Wisconsin title lists “Titled in WI as: Non USA Standard” and “Previously Titled by: GA” under the Additional Vehicle Detail heading.
