This 1970 Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 is one of approximately 800 examples built during just over three years of production. Chassis 13095 was ordered new in Grigio Ortello over Pelle Beige Connolly leather by its original owner—collector Paul Pappalardo—and delivered through Luigi Chinetti Motors of New York. It was sold in the 1980s before being reacquired by its first owner in 2021 and sent to Italy, where it underwent a repaint and mechanical work as part of a 2022 refurbishment at Sport Auto Modena costing over €66k. The car was returned to the US in 2023 and later acquired by the selling dealer in 2026. The 2+2 coupe is powered by a 4.4-liter Colombo V12 linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. It rides on 15″ Borrani wire wheels coupled with disc brakes and Koni shocks at all four corners, and is further equipped with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, air conditioning, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio. This 365 GT 2+2 is now offered by 1600 Veloce—a BaT Local Partner—with a Ferrari Classiche certificate, an owner’s manual, refurbishment records, a tool kit, a jack, and a Florida title listing the car as a 1971 model.

The 365 GT 2+2 model was introduced at the 1967 Paris Motor Show featuring Pininfarina coachwork with an overall length of almost five meters. This example left the factory finished in Grigio Ortello and was repainted as part of the aforementioned 2022 refurbishment at Sport Auto Modena in Italy. The car features split front bumpers with integrated turn signals as well as a wrapround rear bumper with overriders. Further details include a driver’s door mirror, a retractable antenna, and Pininfarina fender badging.

The 365 GT’s Tipo 591 tubular steel chassis retained the 2,650mm wheelbase of the outgoing 330 GT but featured a wider track as well as an upgraded twin-circuit braking system featuring three-piston calipers and ventilated discs at all four corners. The 365 GT 2+2 model was also the first Ferrari 2+2 offered with an independent rear suspension and was further equipped with power-assisted steering.

The 15″ Borrani wire wheels are secured with three-ear knock-offs and mounted with 215/70 Michelin XWX tires. A matching spare is stored in the trunk. Work at Sport Auto Modena in 2022 involved the following:
- Refurbishing the wheels
- Rebuilding the Koni shocks
- Changing the wheel bearings
- Overhauling the brake booster and calipers
- Replacing the hard lines and hoses of the braking system

The 2+2 cockpit features front bucket seats and a rear bench that are trimmed in Pelle Beige Connolly leather and are complemented by color-coordinated door panels. The dash is trimmed in brown leather, while green carpets line the floors. Further appointments include a push-button Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, shoulder belts, and power windows. Updates in 2022 at Sport Auto Modena involved painting areas of the interior as well as overhauling the heat and air conditioning systems.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames Veglia Borletti instrumentation including a 180-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and oil temperature. Gauges for fuel level and amperage flank the clock in the center of the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 18k miles. The current Florida title carries a “Not Actual” notation under the Odometer Status section, and true mileage is unknown.

The 4.4-liter 60° Colombo SOHC V12 was factory equipped with three twin-choke Weber carburetors and rated at 320 horsepower when new. Engine work at Sport Auto Modena in 2022 involved the following:
- Refinishing the intake and other engine components
- Overhauling the starter, alternators, and distributors
- Overhauling the radiator
- Changing the coolant piping
- Replacing the fuel pumps
- Changing the fuel hoses
- Replacing the hood lining
- Replacing the exhaust system
The smog pump was overhauled in 2024, while work in preparation for the sale in 2026 included tuning the carburetors, replacing the accelerator pumps, and performing an oil change.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox and a limited-slip differential. Invoices in the gallery note that the gearbox bearings were changed, the clutch disc was replaced, and the flywheel and clutch assembly was balanced as part of the work at Sport Auto Modena in 2022.
