You have to meet past selves just to move apartments or homes, you have to relive things and go through old memories, objects, letters. You have to get rid of things you thought would be eternal, you have to prioritize what you want to keep and what’s obsolete to you now. And on top of that, the woman in the story below has to deal with the grief of losing her 18 year long soulmate cat amongst all the changes already taking place.
